About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Independently manage the build, configuration, and support of Epic Willow Inpatient and related pharmacy applications
- Collaborate with Pharmacy Leadership, Nursing, Clinical Operations, and Information Systems to optimize medication-use workflows
- Support clinical safety, compliance, and quality initiatives
- Evaluate and refine workflows to enhance medication management, charge capture, and decision support
- Participate in system upgrades, testing, and validation
- Provide on-call support and timely issue resolution
- Lead or support initiatives in barcode medication administration, sterile compounding, and inventory management
- Develop and maintain documentation, training materials, and user resources for clinical staff
Requirements
What you’ll need- Certification in Epic Willow Inpatient required
- 3+ years of experience supporting Epic Willow Inpatient or similar pharmacy applications
- Strong understanding of related Epic modules (ClinDoc, Orders, Beacon, Resolute, and Inventory)
- Experience partnering with Finance, Revenue Integrity, and Pharmacy teams to optimize medication charging and billing
- PharmD or equivalent clinical degree required
