About the role
- Research and analyze prospect information using MSK systems and external sources
- Provide clear, strategic recommendations on prospect assignment
- Partner closely with gift officers and Development colleagues in portfolio optimization
- Prepare high-quality written communications that translate complex research into actionable insights
- Maintain accurate prospect development documentation within the CRM system
- Contribute actively to continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
- Minimum of two years of experience in prospect development, fundraising, or a related analytical role
- Strong research and analytical abilities with skill in synthesizing information from multiple sources
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience turning complex details into clear, strategic recommendations
- Experience assessing information to make strategic recommendations in a professional setting
- Background in major gift fundraising, healthcare philanthropy, or nonprofit operations is a plus
