About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Telephone-based outbound sales to warm and cold leads
- Phone support for existing users
- CRM development and optimization (HubSpot)
- Communication with key account partners such as physicians, psychologists and therapists
Requirements
What you’ll need- Excellent spoken and written communication skills in German and English
- Structured and reliable working style
- Ability to work independently and interest in digital health, startups and new technologies
- Strong communication skills and enjoyment interacting with people – by phone and in writing
- Nice to have: experience in (telephone) sales
- Experience in the healthcare sector
