About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and implement effective strategies for digital member acquisition
- Lead and train a team to achieve outstanding member recruitment results during digital outreach blitzes
- Coordinate and further develop the Digital Organizing Hub
- Continuously improve and adapt the Organizing Hub
- Collaborate with partner organizations to ensure strategies meet their needs and objectives
- Lead digital and telephone outreach to activate and recruit members for partner organizations
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven experience managing call centers or comparable operations
- Responsibility for team leadership, including operational and disciplinary management
- Experience in monitoring to ensure team quality and performance
- Strong communication skills and experience conducting engaging 1:1 conversations
- Good knowledge of trade unions, their challenges, and their membership base
- Strong leadership skills to motivate and successfully lead teams
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Flexibility
- Willingness to travel
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic team environment
