About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design BI and data solutions tailored to business and technical needs.
Participate in the design and architecture of solutions.
Develop and optimize solutions ensuring performance, quality and maintainability.
Serve as the technical point of reference for projects and guide teams in their decisions.
Act as the bridge between business and technical teams.
Coordinate Data teams and ensure the quality of deliverables.
Advise clients on their Data & BI challenges.
Share your knowledge and support the upskilling of consultants.
Participate in pre-sales activities.
Contribute to technological watch, particularly around AI.
Share your knowledge and mentor more junior consultants.
Take part in internal initiatives (recruitment, CSR, intrapreneurship…).

Requirements

What you’ll need

You have at least 5 years of experience in the Data field and a strong BI expertise.
Ideally you master: Power BI, Tableau or Qlik; SQL and/or Python; data modeling; Snowflake, BigQuery, PostgreSQL or Redshift; Agile methodologies and Data project management.
You are recognized for: your technical leadership; analytical and synthesis skills; ability to bring together business and technical stakeholders; organizational skills and a strong delivery quality mindset; enthusiasm for innovation, knowledge sharing and teamwork.
