- Expert auditor for resident files to determine move-in eligibility.
- Audits conducted electronically via a secured web-based portal.
- Some travel to conduct audits on premises at the client's location.
- Training and continuing education are provided.
Requirements
- Experience in LIHTC affordable housing industry required.
- Attention to detail, time management and decision making skills.
- Experience in HUD, RD, HOME and Bond preferred.
