About the role
- After thorough onboarding at our company, you will independently operate CNC laser systems to cut, weld, or drill the smallest medical-technology components
- Independently set up and prepare high-precision machining equipment
- Manufacture demanding customer orders for prototypes and production parts
- Collaborate in application engineering, process development, and process optimization
- Modify and adapt CNC programs
- Monitor processes and quality of manufactured micro- and precision parts
- Perform secondary processing of components, e.g., cleaning
Requirements
- Completed vocational training or professional experience as Industrial Mechanic (m/f/d), Machining Technician (Zerspanungsmechaniker) (m/f/d), Precision Mechanic (m/f/d), Laboratory Technician in Physics (m/f/d), Laser and Optical Technician (m/f/d) or related occupations
- Very fine manual dexterity and good visual acuity
- Good technical understanding
- Careful, structured, and quality-conscious working approach
- Experience working with CNC programs and/or operating machines for laser material processing
- Willingness to work in cleanroom environments and in shift systems
