• Point of contact for our customers – You handle day-to-day inquiries in a friendly, solution-oriented manner and with a strong service mindset — via phone and in writing.
• Customer retention instead of cancellations – You identify opportunities to win back customers who are canceling and implement targeted measures to increase customer loyalty and satisfaction, including complaint management.
• Offer management in the energy market – You calculate and prepare customized electricity and gas offers in the relevant systems — quickly, accurately and market-oriented.
• Contract management & master data maintenance – You support our existing customers throughout the entire contract lifecycle, maintain contract and customer data, and ensure smooth processes.
• Renewal and development of existing customers – You actively support customers beyond the contract term and identify opportunities for contract renewals or further development of the partnership.
