About the role

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase the visibility of our honest reviews.
  • Lead and motivate a small team of independent reviewers, ensuring that all product and service reviews are authentic and transparent.
  • Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify innovative methods for improving our offerings and expanding our reach.
  • Maintain strong relationships with partners and platforms such as Digistore24 and Copecart to grow our network and credibility.
  • Take responsibility for the agency’s growth and development through strategic planning and effective use of resources, including the integration of advanced AI technologies.
  • Lead, coordinate, and further develop the agency.
  • Acquire, support, and develop clients.
  • Plan, execute, and monitor marketing activities.
  • Manage personnel and promote staff development.
  • Handle reporting and forecasting.
  • Independently implement the mutually agreed goals.

Requirements

  • Experience in marketing or sales, ideally in a leadership role.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead and motivate a small team.
  • Experience working with AI-powered tools and strategies to optimize business processes.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with clients and partners.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.
  • Demonstrable sales successes or a strong determination to achieve your goals.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a comparable sales/customer service role.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • German language proficiency, both written and spoken.
  • Strong analytical skills and problem-solving ability.
  • Low start-up capital required (no monthly obligations).
  • Leadership presence and the ability to motivate and manage a team.
  • Fluent German skills and good English skills.
