About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Plan, develop and deliver technical-scientific and operational training programs for the Field Force and other areas of the company.
Develop learning paths and technical-scientific training materials.
Serve as the technical-scientific reference for the creation, validation and dissemination of technical content.
Manage and keep training platforms and tools up to date.
Develop technical and behavioral competencies of the Field Force.
Provide technical-scientific support to clarify inquiries and medical information.
Manage administrative processes, budget and suppliers for the Training area.
Perform other duties relevant to the role.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Degree in Pharmacy or related healthcare fields;
Intermediate/Advanced Microsoft Office skills;
Specific knowledge: pharmacology and therapeutic areas; adult learning techniques; compliance and pharmaceutical industry regulations;
Knowledge of SAP is desirable;
Experience with LMS platforms and digital training tools is desirable.
