About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Audit and validate provider directory data for accuracy, completeness, and regulatory compliance
- Identify, research, and resolve provider data discrepancies across internal systems and external sources
- Monitor provider directory updates and maintain data integrity across platforms
- Collaborate with network management, credentialing, and compliance teams on timely data corrections
- Generate reports and track metrics related to provider directory data quality
- Support CMS and state regulatory compliance requirements for provider directory accuracy
- Document data assurance processes, findings, and corrective actions
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in healthcare data management, provider relations, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of provider directory requirements and healthcare regulatory standards, including CMS and DMHC
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, or similar platforms
- Exceptional attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with managed care, IPA, or health plan operations preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for cross-departmental collaboration
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Legally authorized to work in the US
