Key responsibilities & impact

Audit and validate provider directory data for accuracy, completeness, and regulatory compliance
Identify, research, and resolve provider data discrepancies across internal systems and external sources
Monitor provider directory updates and maintain data integrity across platforms
Collaborate with network management, credentialing, and compliance teams on timely data corrections
Generate reports and track metrics related to provider directory data quality

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience in healthcare data management, provider relations, or a related field
Strong knowledge of provider directory requirements and healthcare regulatory standards, including CMS and DMHC
Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, or similar platforms
Exceptional attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Familiarity with managed care, IPA, or health plan operations preferred
Strong written and verbal communication skills for cross-departmental collaboration
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Legally authorized to work in the US
