About the role
- Manage a team of physician editors in Medical Oncology, Radiation Oncology, Hematology, Pediatric Hematology/Oncology, and Gynecologic Oncology, under the guidance of the Senior Medical Director of Oncology
- Launch and manage Palliative Medicine specialty
- Oversee content, engagement, and growth in oncology specialties
- Work with product team to give input on new products and improving products offered to physicians on Mednet
- Grow relationships with oncology professional societies and academic programs
Requirements
- Candidates must possess an MD or DO degree and be based in the United States
- Passion for improving the quality of cancer care on a large scale
- Excellent writing and communication
- Possess exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to think critically and creatively to develop and optimize efficient workflows
- Board certified or board eligible in your specialty
- Broad knowledge base of solid and hematologic malignancies and hematology
- Outgoing, friendly, and creative personality.
- Maintain part time clinical practice (1 day/week)
