About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Primary relationship owner for one or more practice clients
Ensure all RCM work is getting done and done well
Conduct weekly dashboard review and coordinate with the offshore team
Create and maintain client support documentation
Act as the communication bridge between the client's teams and the RCM Specialists
