About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Responsible for reviewing incoming post service appeals for insurance carriers in all states.
Confirm all necessary documentation has been received as required by state regulations.
Review and assign appeals to the appropriate subject matter experts.
Conduct comprehensive reviews on all documentation submitted.
Associate documents to carrier claim and ensure all required documents have been received.
Attach additional documentation from multiple systems when necessary.
Request documentation from other sources both internal and external partners.
Utilizing proprietary databases to assign appeals to subject matter experts.
Other duties as assigned.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and utilizing multiple databases
Excellent problem solving, critical thinking and decision-making skills.
Good communication skills, able to communicate clearly and succinctly, both verbally and in writing
Good organizational skills.
