About the role
- Acquire new and service existing Medical Bill Review, Medical Case Management, and Vocational Rehabilitation customers as well as assist in the development and Sales of new products and service lines.
- Acquisition sales – Review/Rehab Products
- Service existing customer base – Review/Rehab Products
- Prepare service proposals for prospective customers - Review/Rehab Products
- Conduct sales and service education programs to customers
- Conduct tests of our services for potential new clients as well as existing clients’ new products
- Attend a variety of corporate and customer functions
Requirements
- BA, MA - Marketing - preferred
- RN, BSN - preferred
- Prior claims adjusting background - preferred
- Prior sales experience - preferred
- General knowledge of Workers Compensation and/or Auto No-Fault benefits a plus
- General knowledge of cost containment programs and/or case management a plus
- Ability to independently prepare and present Account specific marketing plan
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- PC skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to understand and follow written and oral instructions
- Ability to read, write, speak and understand English well
- Good analytical skills
- Local and Overnight Travel
- After hour and weekend work
- Ability to work independently
- Valid Driver’s License
- Ability to drive a distance of 100 miles one way
- Ability to drive a distance of 300 miles one way – occasionally
- Attention to detail, initiative, creativity, persistence and the ability to work in a team - a must!
