About the role

  • Design and implement innovative software systems and programs that meet strategic business objectives.
  • Participate in all phases of software development, from concept and design through deployment and ongoing support.
  • Troubleshoot, profile and optimize applications to ensure reliable performance and an excellent user experience.
  • Maintain and enhance existing software, incorporating user feedback to improve functionality and stability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align software development with broader business strategy.
  • Take ownership of identifying and resolving system-wide issues and inefficiencies.
  • Lead the planning and execution of new software projects, ensuring alignment with long-term strategic goals.
  • Improve software architecture and infrastructure to support scalable, sustainable growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
  • Extensive experience in full-stack development with strong proficiency in Python, Java, C++, AngularJS, and Git.
  • Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure (preferred).
  • Familiarity with real-time data processing and multithreading (preferred).
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and German.
