About the role
- Development and implementation of creative marketing concepts for social media and local advertising campaigns
- Planning and management of social media campaigns (e.g. posts, stories, reels) to promote promotions, products and events
- Design of posters, flyers, banners and POS materials in the corporate design
- Maintenance and growth of our online community and monitoring of reach and campaign performance
- Support in planning and executing customer card promotions and the loyalty program
- Collaboration with management and the sales teams in Magdeburg and Stendal to ensure optimal presentation of products and brands
Requirements
- Experience in marketing, media design and communications
- Proficient in graphic and design software
- Strong sense of trends and a good understanding of target audiences
- Good communication skills and a team-oriented approach
