About the role
- Receiving, processing and fulfilling customer orders
- Organizing shipping and returns processes
- Responding to customer inquiries via email, chat and phone
- Handling complaints and assisting with orders or technical issues
- Creating and maintaining product data and managing inventory levels
- Monitoring product availability and working closely with our specialist departments
Requirements
- Completed commercial training, e.g. in retail, wholesale and foreign trade or e‑commerce – alternatively, career changers with relevant experience are welcome
- Initial experience in online retail or order processing is an advantage
- Confident use of common PC applications and an interest in digital work
- Strong communication skills, team player and service-oriented manner
- Structured and reliable way of working
- Very good German skills, both spoken and written
