About the role
- Operate our modern checkout registers
- Assist customers with questions and provide support on-site
- Support our service team with complaints management
- Handle all organizational and administrative matters, including gaining insight into store operations
- Create a pleasant shopping experience
Requirements
- Completed apprenticeship as a Salesperson or Retail Merchant; alternatively, relevant experience as a career changer is welcome
- Experience operating cash registers is required
- Knowledge of the consumer electronics retail sector is a strong advantage
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team
- Willingness to work flexibly and a solution-oriented approach
- Good German language skills, both spoken and written
