About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Deploy, configure, monitor, and maintain physical and virtual servers across a Hyper-V and VMware environment
Manage Azure, Entra ID, and Microsoft 365 environments, including Intune, networking, storage, and backup
Provide Level 2-3 helpdesk support and work directly with the Cyber Administrator and Infrastructure Administrator
Support multi-site IT initiatives and provide input on infrastructure performance and reliability
Support security tooling including SIEM/EDR platforms, handle alert triage, and help with vulnerability scanning and backup/disaster recovery planning

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in computer science preferred; an equivalent combination of education and relevant hands-on experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
Generally, 5+ years of experience in Hyper-V and Windows Server administration, along with Office 365 administration
Advanced Windows Server and Hyper-V administration
Advanced PowerShell scripting skills
Hands-on experience with Azure, Entra ID, and Microsoft 365 administration
Comfort supporting security tooling, including SIEM/EDR platforms and alert triage
