About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Install, maintain, and repair a wide range of medical equipment, focusing on sterilizers and anesthesia machines
Ensure equipment meets necessary safety and performance standards
Conduct preventive maintenance and calibration of medical equipment
Perform biomedical inspections to ensure proper functioning and compliance with safety standards
Troubleshoot issues using diagnostic tools and technical manuals
Train and support clinical staff on proper equipment use

Requirements

What you’ll need

Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively (over 50% of the time)
Basic technical skills and a keen interest in biomedical equipment
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
Good interpersonal and communication skills for effective interaction with medical staff and colleagues
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities
Any certification or hands-on experience with biomedical equipment (e.g., Mindray, GE, Primus, Steris, Getinge, Tuttnauer) is a plus
Experience with software and hardware integration in medical devices
Knowledge of current medical device regulations and compliance requirements
