About the role
- Responsible for up to 50 contracted Doctors (Reporters) at any one time
- Liaise with reporters about shift patterns, dropped shifts and working extra hours
- Ensure reporters have the best reporting experience and act as their 'voice'
- Liaise with other departments across Medica to minimise downtime in reporting
- Maximise productivity and revenue by reducing reporting downtime
- Work to KPIs and targets; operate under pressure when required
- Maintain accurate administration and IT records related to reporter rostering and shifts
Requirements
- Customer service experience
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle sensitive or confidential information competently
- Experience with stakeholder management within a business
- Excellent time management
- Experience managing your own workload and working independently
- Strong administration skills and IT literacy
- Evidence of working in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Right to work in the UK (We are unable to provide sponsorship)
- Able to commute to Hastings 2 days a week
- Comfortable working in a KPI/target driven environment and under pressure
