About the role
- Central role for the development and optimization of the digital Customer Journey
- Capture requirements in a consolidated backlog
- Support implementation together with the development team and QA
- Close collaboration with UX designers when implementing new products
- Point of contact for all product-related questions
- Drive cross-departmental topics
Requirements
- Degree in Media Informatics, Business Administration or a comparable qualification
- At least 3 years of professional experience as an IT Product Owner with Scrum teams
- Experience with project management methods (e.g., Kanban, Scrum) and tools (Jira, Confluence)
- Good technical understanding and awareness of overall systems
- Ability and enthusiasm for managing complexity
- Confident stakeholder management skills
- Very good German and English language skills
