Requirements
- 2–5 years of hands-on experience setting up, optimizing, and scaling global performance-based Paid Search campaigns (Google Ads, Bing Ads)
- Proven track record of working with large or unlimited budgets and delivering results under strict performance KPIs
- Experience launching search campaigns for new brands entering the market
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret large datasets
- Tech-savvy — understands how Google’s algorithm works, and can set up and troubleshoot conversion tracking
- Proficient in testing and implementing automation tools and bidding strategies
- In-depth knowledge of Google Ads, Google Analytics, and other relevant PPC tools
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively, with excellent communication skills in English
