About the role
- Proactively track and respond to brand mentions across social media, forums, and other digital platforms
- Moderate comments on our social media platforms, overlooking our community guidelines and adherence to them
- Develop and implement community engagement strategies to increase brand visibility and loyalty
- Actively participate in discussions, answer queries, and foster a positive brand image across platforms like Reddit, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube & other social media platforms, shaping positive online perception of the brand
- Develop keywords, lists & strategies to track community engagement with content
- Collaborate with other teams to align community strategies with broader marketing goals
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and platform changes to adapt and optimize strategies
Requirements
- Proven experience in managing online communities across multiple platforms
- Deep understanding of community engagement best practices, with a focus on building and nurturing strong relationships
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of engaging diverse audiences and driving meaningful conversations
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data tools (social media management platforms, YouTube Analytics) to measure success and refine strategies
- Self-starter with excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
