About the role
- Partner with leadership to translate strategy and revenue goals into quarterly OKRs and an outcome-based roadmap for your product portfolio.
- Define and own the KPI stack for your product area (North Star, input, or other metrics); align definitions with leadership.
- Create and maintain executive-ready dashboards and scorecards; run a cadence of weekly metrics updates and monthly business reviews.
- Scope and prioritise initiatives based on business value, user impact, and delivery feasibility; build business cases, ROI models, and forecasts.
- Align squad PMs and Engineering on measurable outcomes; turn metrics into clear requirements and acceptance criteria.
- Own the product vision and roadmap, making decisions that drive measurable business results
- Work closely with paid marketing, content, affiliate, SEO, and YouTube teams to ensure strong alignment and execution
- Adapt priorities in a dynamic, high-growth environment
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or similar role working closely with project managers/development squads
- Strong product instincts and the ability to balance user needs with business goals
- Comfortable working with OKRs and outcome-based roadmaps; can tie day-to-day work to business goals.
- Able to define and track a small metrics stack (North Star + driver metrics); build simple dashboards and report results clearly.
- Strong analytical skills and experience using data to inform decisions and measure success
- Ability to prioritise effectively and clearly communicate trade-offs and impact
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, especially in cross-functional discussions
- A proactive, ownership-driven mindset with the ability to adapt quickly to change
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
