About the role
- Own employer branding strategy and convert ideas into business cases and measurable campaigns
- Create engaging content for internal and external channels
- Run recruitment marketing that grow candidate volume and quality
- Build and execute external brand campaigns that raise Mediatech awareness across target markets
- Manage internal communications and culture initiatives, events
- Track and analyse performance metrics and continuously improve our reach and engagement
- Build strong relationships across teams to understand what’s happening in the business and communicate it clearly and creatively
- Partner with SEO, PR, PPC and other teams to maximize campaign impact
- Improve processes and workflows to speed execution and scale results
Requirements
- 4+ years experience in employer branding, recruitment marketing, communications, or similar roles
- A track record of planning and delivering employer brand or recruitment campaigns that actually moved the needle
- Ability to build a solid business case, set clear goals, and measure what success looks like
- Strong creative instincts — you come up with bold ideas and know how to bring them to life
- Excellent communication skills and confidence when presenting your ideas to stakeholders
- Hands-on project management skills and the ability to keep multiple campaigns running smoothly
- A data-aware approach — you understand which metrics matter and use them to guide decisions
- Self-confident, practical, and able to see the bigger picture while still staying on top of the details
