About the role
- Prospect, qualify, and build a steady pipeline of B2B leads through outbound outreach
- Run discovery calls, understand client needs, and pitch tailored digital advertising and content solutions
- Create proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals to meet revenue goals
- Maintain accurate forecasting and CRM discipline for predictable pipeline growth
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine messaging and improve offers
- Gather client and market insights to help shape product direction and sales strategy
Requirements
- 2+ years of B2B outbound or sales development experience, preferably with digital products or services
- A solid understanding of digital marketing and digital advertising fundamentals
- A strong track record of outperforming quota expectations
- Familiarity with digital media or publishing, or a strong interest in learning it quickly
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills across email, calls, and live meetings
- A self-starter mindset, comfortable operating with autonomy and navigating ambiguity
- Strong CRM discipline and the ability to forecast and manage your pipeline with data
- A growth-oriented mindset, coachable attitude and a strong willingness to learn and adapt quickly
- A bias for action, with the ability to move quickly, test ideas, and adapt based on results
- Resilience and persistence, especially in outbound sales where consistency drives performance
