- Call warm and lukewarm leads from HubSpot
- Schedule appointments for our executive team (traditional setup)
- Pre-qualify leads including a short needs analysis
- Prepare initial meetings (gather information, update CRM)
- Maintain close communication with the executive team and marketing to ensure optimal lead flows
- Optional: With top performance, progression toward a closer role
Requirements
- Very good German language skills
- Confident and comfortable speaking on the phone
- Strong hunter mentality and persistence
- Excellent communication skills and empathy
- Structured working style and quick comprehension (fast learner)
- Motivated by performance, growth, and teamwork
