Creative Strategist

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Act as the primary creative driver for paid social and digital campaigns, developing original concepts rooted in UGC, motion design, and influencer marketing.
- Create storyboards, scripts, and visual outlines that bring key messages and creative ideas to life for motion graphics, live-action shoots, and hybrid UGC formats.
- Collaborate with the Influencer Team to ideate and optimise branded creator content for acquisition and retention.
- Ensure all creative output complies with social gaming regulations, platform policies, and brand standards.
- Review performance data regularly to refine concepts, drive A/B tests, and evolve creative direction for improved ROI and engagement.
Requirements
What you’ll need- A portfolio showing successful performance-driven video campaigns, including UGC, motion-design, and influencer-led content.
- Experience in creative strategy or content creation—ideally within iGaming, social casino, or a similarly regulated DTC category.
- Proven experience in storyboarding, scriptwriting, and directing creative for platforms such as TikTok, Meta, Snapchat, or YouTube Shorts.
