About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- You show business owners and CEOs how to attract more suitable employees using our digital strategies
- You handle the initial outreach to leads who have mostly already shown interest and had prior contact with us
- Pre-qualify prospects for consultations with our experts using our proven system
- You regularly participate in team calls and internal trainings and take care of minor administrative tasks
Requirements
What you’ll need- A clear and personable manner of speaking in German
- A desire for personal development, achieving top results, and improving day by day
- Some experience in cold calling — ideally 1–3 years in sales
- Plus if you have experience working in an agency, coaching, or service environment with sales processes
- Specific qualifications are not decisive for us — what matters is proven sales experience
