You show business owners and CEOs how to attract more suitable employees using our digital strategies
You handle the initial outreach to leads who have mostly already shown interest and had prior contact with us
Pre-qualify prospects for consultations with our experts using our proven system
You regularly participate in team calls and internal trainings and take care of minor administrative tasks

Requirements

What you’ll need

A clear and personable manner of speaking in German
A desire for personal development, achieving top results, and improving day by day
Some experience in cold calling — ideally 1–3 years in sales
Plus if you have experience working in an agency, coaching, or service environment with sales processes
Specific qualifications are not decisive for us — what matters is proven sales experience
