About the role

  • Leading continuous improvement initiatives and developing resources as required
  • Implementing new processes and ensuring best practices are incorporated across all third-party systems
  • Planning, executing, monitoring, and delivering project objectives including exploring further efficiencies as business needs evolve
  • Managing risks, key stakeholders, resources, and ensuring compliance with atWork Australia processes
  • Identifying, assessing, and recommending third-party systems that enhance performance and efficiencies
  • Conducting third-party software product demos, trials, and proof-of-concept
  • Analysing existing third-party processes to identify opportunities for efficiency improvements, automation, and process optimisation
  • Developing comprehensive project plans, schedules, and determining resource requirements
  • Identifying, evaluating, and managing project risks
  • Ensuring project deliverables meet quality standards and comply with departmental and atWork Australia requirements
  • Engaging with and providing support to project leads as well as internal and external stakeholders
  • Coordinating and facilitating meetings, workshops, and communication throughout the project lifecycle
  • Providing clear and timely project updates to Senior Management
  • Performing other duties as reasonably required

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in the employment services industry and/or project management
  • Ability to analyse complex systems, workflows, and data to identify opportunities for improvements
  • Ability to demonstrate strong creativity and innovation in problem-solving and process improvement
  • Ability to critically think to identify potential challenges and plan effective solutions
  • Strong problem solving and time management skills, with the ability to develop detailed project plans, schedules, and allocate resources effectively
  • Robust risk management capabilities to recognise, evaluate, and mitigate risks
  • Ability to foster a high performing, collaborative, and results-driven approach to ensure project success
  • A high degree of flexibility and willingness to grow and learn
  • An overall desire to be part of our broader atWork Australia family, with a true belief in our purpose: to connect people and business, so both can thrive
  • Hold a current Drivers Licence.
