About the role

  • Active contribution to operational corporate controlling and support in the further development of strategic group controlling
  • Independent preparation of monthly and quarterly reporting for the respective entities
  • Reporting and discussion of the respective monthly/quarterly results with the managing directors (m/f/d) and/or business unit heads (m/f/d)
  • Support and assurance of reporting to the parent company
  • Continuous optimization of reporting and monitoring for the respective entities
  • Solid experience in the preparation of annual financial statements
  • Independent preparation and support of (ad-hoc) analyses
  • Independent preparation of short-, medium- and long-term corporate planning as well as the intra-year forecast
  • Close collaboration and interface management with the managing directors and business unit heads as well as the parent company’s treasury

Requirements

  • Degree in Business Administration, Health Economics or a comparable field
  • Several years of professional experience in controlling, preferably in the healthcare sector
  • Excellent, precise analytical thinking combined with a strong affinity for numbers
  • Very good knowledge of MS Excel and proficient use of controlling and accounting systems (SAP)
  • Sense of responsibility, reliability and enjoyment of working in a team
  • Initiative and a systematic, process-oriented and independent working style
