About the role
- Active contribution to operational corporate controlling and support in the further development of strategic group controlling
- Independent preparation of monthly and quarterly reporting for the respective entities
- Reporting and discussion of the respective monthly/quarterly results with the managing directors (m/f/d) and/or business unit heads (m/f/d)
- Support and assurance of reporting to the parent company
- Continuous optimization of reporting and monitoring for the respective entities
- Solid experience in the preparation of annual financial statements
- Independent preparation and support of (ad-hoc) analyses
- Independent preparation of short-, medium- and long-term corporate planning as well as the intra-year forecast
- Close collaboration and interface management with the managing directors and business unit heads as well as the parent company’s treasury
Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration, Health Economics or a comparable field
- Several years of professional experience in controlling, preferably in the healthcare sector
- Excellent, precise analytical thinking combined with a strong affinity for numbers
- Very good knowledge of MS Excel and proficient use of controlling and accounting systems (SAP)
- Sense of responsibility, reliability and enjoyment of working in a team
- Initiative and a systematic, process-oriented and independent working style
