About the role
- You independently care for our inpatients before and after surgery
- You assist our specialist physicians (m/f/d) with interesting and varied procedures across all specialties
- You prepare all necessary instruments and equipment and ensure a smooth workflow in the operating room
- You are a reliable part of the on-call rota and ready to step in when needed
- You actively contribute to shaping our team and bring forward ideas that help us grow together
Requirements
- Completed training as an OTA (m/f/d) or as a Registered Nurse (m/f/d) with operating room experience
- Commitment and organizational skills: You work efficiently, coordinate seamlessly, and promote interdisciplinary collaboration
- Quality awareness: You value precision and efficiency and strive for flawless technique — for the best outcomes for our patients
