About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage existing customer base and expand business with them
- Act as the “Voice of the Customer”, translating requirements to internal teams
- Develop strong and trusted relationships with customers
- Create strategies and implement tactical plans to increase account penetration
- Provide Management with regular updates and define on-going strategies
Requirements
What you’ll need- University Degree or College Diploma in a related discipline (Business Administration, Production Control, etc.)
- 2+ years of account/customer program management experience with products and services in defense or manufacturing environment
- Track record of responding to client needs with compelling proposals
- Proven track record of moving quickly and delivering results in an entrepreneurial environment
- Experience using ERP & CRMS systems
- Proficiency with Excel, analytics, and ability to tell a story using data
