About the role

  • Lead annual budgeting, quarterly reforecasting, and long-range planning processes. Build and maintain detailed financial models to support scenario planning, profitability analysis, and capital allocation. Partner with business leaders to provide actionable insights that improve performance and support growth initiatives. Deliver monthly reporting packages and variance analysis with clear, executive-ready commentary. Develop and maintain dashboards and self-service reporting in Power BI, integrating financial and operational data. Serve as ERP lead within finance, driving automation, reporting efficiency, and system enhancements. Ensure consistent and accurate financial data across ERP, BI tools, and reporting systems. Oversee core accounting processes (GL, AP/AR, close cycles) to ensure timeliness and accuracy. Support audit and compliance requirements, coordinating with external partners as needed. Strengthen internal controls and improve process efficiency without sacrificing agility. Act as a strategic finance partner to the CFO/CEO/CCO and executive team, providing insights that drive business growth and operational excellence. Foster collaborative, high-performing teams through mentorship, coaching, and clear communication, holding self and others accountable to excellence.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA or CPA a plus). 4+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, strategic finance, or corporate finance roles; exposure to controllership/accounting preferred. Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills. Hands-on expertise with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred). Proficiency with Power BI for building dashboards, data visualization, and analytics. Excellent communication skills with ability to present complex financial information clearly. Experience in professional services and/or clinical research preferred. Up to 10% travel.
