About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Process vendor bills and maintain A/P records
- Perform data entry and coding review for financial transactions
- Record cash activity and journal entries
- Prepare bank and balance sheet reconciliations
- Assist in General Ledger maintenance
- Support month-end close activities
- Support procurement-to-pay workflows
- Assist with chart of accounts maintenance
- Help maintain accounting documentation and process records
- Support audit requests and PBC preparation
- Participate in process improvement initiatives
- Assist with budgeting or reporting support tasks
- Coordinate with client finance teams under supervision
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (required)
- 2–4 years of hands-on accounting or bookkeeping experience
- Experience with Accounts Payable
- Experience with Journal Entries
- Experience with Reconciliations
- Industry-specific background is not required — relevant accounting work experience is preferred.
- Experience with accounting software (QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar ERP preferred)
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required; familiarity with reporting or visualization tools such as Power BI or similar platforms is highly valued.
- Understanding of accounting fundamentals and internal controls
- Comfort working with structured workflows and checklists
- Strong written and spoken English (Required)
