About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design and deliver training on association management, philanthropy and fundraising
- Support learners in understanding how associations operate
- Train participants on funding sources: public grants, philanthropy, sponsorship
- Share tools, methods and best practices
- Adapt teaching methods to learners' profiles and needs
- Ensure pedagogical follow-up and the acquisition of skills
- Lead interactive online training sessions
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven expertise in association management, philanthropy and fundraising
- Significant experience in the nonprofit, arts and/or cultural sectors
- Experience delivering professional training
- Proficiency with online facilitation and digital training tools
- Possession of a training activity registration number (NDA) registered with DREETS
