About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Responsible for effective management of pre-judicial and judicial debt collection processes
- Coordinate the work of external legal and collection partners
- Ensure adherence to standardized procedures and monitoring key metrics
- Systematic case monitoring, compliance with deadlines, partner performance, and achieving collection KPIs
- Timely submission of cases to the courts
- Maintain a centralized registry of all cases across countries
- Monitor case progress in courts and enforcement proceedings
- Control receipt of original enforcement documents
- Maintain continuous communication with court bailiffs, lawyers, and collection agencies
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports on collection progress
- Collaborate with internal teams
- Improve departmental processes and operational standards
Requirements
What you’ll need- At least 1 year of experience in legal collections, judicial, or enforcement proceedings
- Understanding of court and enforcement collection processes; knowledge of key KPIs
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets
- Fluent in Ukrainian; English – minimum В1
- Willingness for business trips
- Data-driven decision-making skills
- Basic experience with CRM and case management systems is an advantage
