About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Collecting and processing data from the system and related sources.
Analyzing trends in key metrics: number of calls, connection rates, successful deals, and conversions — broken down by day, shift, and employee.
Developing clear and simple dashboards (SQL, Power BI, Tableau).
Identifying bottlenecks and preparing analytical recommendations to improve team efficiency.
Preparing weekly and monthly performance reviews for management.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum 3 years of experience as an analyst
Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, complex formulas, data visualization)
Strong knowledge of SQL
Experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus
Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and ability to work with large datasets
Proactive attitude and readiness to build processes from scratch and suggest improvements.
