About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Assist with routine sorting, calculating, posting, copying, and filing
  • Maintain files in appropriate locations
  • Look up information in tables, lists, and reports and post information appropriately

  • Perform data entry in various software systems and complete forms as requested

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Enrolled in college
  • No experience required
  • Appropriate experience may be substituted for education on an equivalent basis
  • Knowledge of computers
  • Knowledge of clerical procedures
  • Knowledge of customer service standards
  • Knowledge of collaboration and information management
  • Organization, time management, interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Basic knowledge of research
  • Ability to detect and translate speech or other communication
  • May occasionally need to distinguish colors and perceive relative distances between objects
  • Ability to occasionally lift moderate-weight materials
  • Ability to stand or walk continuously
  • Occasional exposure to dust, noise, temperature changes, water, or other liquids
