About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Work independently, under the direction of the Center Director or his/her designee to manage centerwide and/or study specific activities and programing.
- Work collaboratively with faculty, staff, students and other trainees, and community members with various roles across different disciplines.
- Provide direction and guidance to the study team(s) to facilitate the achievement of the program’s goals.
- Develop, implement, and manage strategies that strengthen relationships between the organization and the communities it serves.
- Design, implement, and evaluate community engagement programs, events, and initiatives that promote awareness and participation.
- Build and maintain relationships with community leaders, partner organizations, local businesses, community advisory boards, and government agencies.
- Represent the organization at community events, meetings, and forums to enhance visibility and strengthen partnerships.
- Develop communication strategies to engage stakeholders and keep them informed about programs and outcomes.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Appropriate experience may be substituted for education on an equivalent basis.
- Minimum Required Education: Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum Required Experience: 6 years
- Knowledge of technical, business, consultation, project management, and cultural awareness.
