About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Work independently, under the direction of the Center Director or his/her designee to manage centerwide and/or study specific activities and programing.
Work collaboratively with faculty, staff, students and other trainees, and community members with various roles across different disciplines.
Provide direction and guidance to the study team(s) to facilitate the achievement of the program’s goals.
Develop, implement, and manage strategies that strengthen relationships between the organization and the communities it serves.
Design, implement, and evaluate community engagement programs, events, and initiatives that promote awareness and participation.
Build and maintain relationships with community leaders, partner organizations, local businesses, community advisory boards, and government agencies.
Represent the organization at community events, meetings, and forums to enhance visibility and strengthen partnerships.
Develop communication strategies to engage stakeholders and keep them informed about programs and outcomes.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Appropriate experience may be substituted for education on an equivalent basis.
Minimum Required Education: Bachelor’s degree
Minimum Required Experience: 6 years
Knowledge of technical, business, consultation, project management, and cultural awareness.
