About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Work independently under the direction of the Executive Director/Director
- Provide direction and guidance to the team to facilitate the achievement of the program’s goals.
- Maintain reimbursement timeline, including tracking deadlines for deliverables.
- Develop and manage budget.
- Schedule people and material resources.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and institutional resources.
- Oversee the collection, analysis, and dissemination of claims data.
- Coordinate and create development of materials including educational materials, marketing materials, websites, forms, and reports.
- Oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of comprehensive databases and files related to the program.
- Organize internal and external meetings, site visits, and special events.
- Create and oversee training for Billing, Collections, and Reimbursement employees.
- Monitor team performance and provide coaching and feedback.
- Coordinate and manage activities, including acting as a liaison with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure reimbursement data and progress are reported to stakeholders.
- Lead and participate in appropriate committees relevant to the advancement of the program and the profession.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum Required Education: Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum Required Experience: 8 years experience in multi-payer physician reimbursement with equivalent size scope.
- 5 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Appropriate experience may be substituted on equivalent basis.
- Advanced knowledge of the program study area.
