About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Work independently under the direction of the Executive Director/Director
Provide direction and guidance to the team to facilitate the achievement of the program’s goals.
Maintain reimbursement timeline, including tracking deadlines for deliverables.
Develop and manage budget.
Schedule people and material resources.
Ensure compliance with regulatory and institutional resources.
Oversee the collection, analysis, and dissemination of claims data.
Coordinate and create development of materials including educational materials, marketing materials, websites, forms, and reports.
Oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of comprehensive databases and files related to the program.
Organize internal and external meetings, site visits, and special events.
Create and oversee training for Billing, Collections, and Reimbursement employees.
Monitor team performance and provide coaching and feedback.
Coordinate and manage activities, including acting as a liaison with internal and external stakeholders.
Ensure reimbursement data and progress are reported to stakeholders.
Lead and participate in appropriate committees relevant to the advancement of the program and the profession.
Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum Required Education: Bachelor’s degree
Minimum Required Experience: 8 years experience in multi-payer physician reimbursement with equivalent size scope.
5 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
Appropriate experience may be substituted on equivalent basis.
Advanced knowledge of the program study area.
