Advanced Practice Provider Manager – Transplant Surgery

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide clinical, operational, and strategic leadership for Advanced Practice Providers across the transplant service
- Partner in a triad leadership model with transplant physician leadership and administrative leaders
- Maintain clinical practice within the Transplant Service Line contributing to the care of complex, high-acuity transplant patients
- Drive clinical quality, operational efficiency, and program growth initiatives
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum 3 years of APP experience
- Strong preference for transplant, critical care, or surgical inpatient experience
- Advanced Practice Nurse: Master’s Degree or higher in Nursing from a nationally accredited organization
- Physician Assistant: Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Physician Assistant Studies from an ARC-PA-accredited organization
- Wisconsin RN License
- Wisconsin Advanced Practice Nurse Prescriber License
- American Heart Association Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
- American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS)
