About the role

  • Calculation and review of indirect taxes (ICMS, IPI, PIS/COFINS), including knowledge of the new taxes IBS and CBS;
  • Interpretation and analysis of tax legislation, providing consultative support and technical guidance to client requests;
  • Identification and assessment of tax credits, focusing on recovery opportunities and risk reduction;
  • Leading and managing projects, responsible for assigning tasks, monitoring deliverables, and ensuring deadlines and quality;
  • Mentoring and training less-experienced professionals, ensuring standardization and technical development;
  • Preparation of opinions, reports, and memoranda, with analysis and responses to client inquiries;
  • Participation in client meetings for alignment and presentation of work performed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Law or Accounting;
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, with emphasis on Excel;
  • Experience in Indirect Taxes (ICMS, IPI, PIS/COFINS);
  • Knowledge of the new taxes IBS and CBS.
  • Differentials:
  • Experience at a Big Four firm;
  • Advanced English;
  • Experience with technology and automation, using tools such as KNIME, Alteryx, or Python.
