About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Join our team and lead supply chain software projects in our focus industries: food, beverage, pharma & cosmetics, FMCG, and electronics
  • Gather client requirements, support them in process design and the implementation of best-practice approaches, and—together with our team—adapt the internationally recognized SCM tool Sunstice so the software optimally supports our clients' processes.
  • As a Sunstice Engineer, you will support clients from design through to the go-live of the Sunstice supply-chain software.
  • You will develop processes and strategies to improve end-to-end supply chain planning and to ensure customer requirements are fully addressed.
  • In the course of implementation you will take on a wide range of tasks: participating in customer workshops to understand requirements and design solutions
  • Implement work packages for customizing the Sunstice solution
  • Formulate design concepts and software requirements
  • Analyze data and prepare actionable recommendations
  • Deliver task packages (user screens, dashboards, reports) within the agile development process
  • Build knowledge and share experience within the team

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Enthusiasm for supply chain projects and initial experience (ideally at least 3 years) in implementing SCM projects, working as an ERP consultant, or in a comparable role within an industrial company
  • Ideally experience implementing customization tasks or programming skills (e.g., technical education such as HTL or a university degree)
  • Strong analytical thinking and good communication skills
  • Strong interest in current technologies and a passion for innovation, digitalization, and sustainability
  • Desire for personal development and to contribute to the growth of the team
  • Motivation to make a significant contribution to large and challenging projects
  • Openness to active knowledge-sharing
  • Very good German and English skills
  • Ideally you also have prior experience in our target industries: food, beverage, FMCG, pharma & cosmetics, electronics
  • A background in business administration (including a specialization in supply chain management), mathematics, or computer science makes you a great fit for us.
  • Prior experience in ERP consulting is also a good foundation for joining us.
