About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

As a Sunstice Engineer, you will support our customers from design through to the go-live of the Sunstice supply chain software.
You will develop processes and strategies to improve planning across the entire supply chain while optimally addressing customer requirements.
Participate in workshops with customers to understand requirements and design solutions
Implement work packages for customizing the Sunstice solution
Formulate design concepts and software requirements
Analyze data and prepare actionable recommendations
Deliver work packages (user screens, dashboards, reports) within an agile development process
Build knowledge and share experience within the team

Requirements

What you’ll need

Enthusiasm for supply chain projects and initial experience (ideally at least 3 years) in implementing SCM projects, working as an ERP consultant, or a comparable role in an industrial company
Ideally experience in implementing customization tasks or programming skills (e.g., HTL or university degree)
Strong analytical thinking and good communication skills
High interest in current technologies and enthusiasm for innovation, digitalization, and sustainability
Willingness for personal development and to contribute to the development of the team
Motivation to make a significant contribution to large and challenging projects
Openness to active knowledge exchange
Very good German and English skills
Ideally, you also have prior experience in our target industries: food, beverages, FMCG, pharma & cosmetics, electronics
A background in business administration (including a specialization in supply chain management), mathematics, or computer science makes you a great fit for us.
Prior experience in ERP consulting is also a good foundation for joining our team.
