About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • As a Sunstice Engineer, you will support our customers from design through to the go-live of the Sunstice supply chain software.
  • You will develop processes and strategies to improve planning across the entire supply chain while optimally addressing customer requirements.
  • Participate in workshops with customers to understand requirements and design solutions
  • Implement work packages for customizing the Sunstice solution
  • Formulate design concepts and software requirements
  • Analyze data and prepare actionable recommendations
  • Deliver work packages (user screens, dashboards, reports) within an agile development process
  • Build knowledge and share experience within the team

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Enthusiasm for supply chain projects and initial experience (ideally at least 3 years) in implementing SCM projects, working as an ERP consultant, or a comparable role in an industrial company
  • Ideally experience in implementing customization tasks or programming skills (e.g., HTL or university degree)
  • Strong analytical thinking and good communication skills
  • High interest in current technologies and enthusiasm for innovation, digitalization, and sustainability
  • Willingness for personal development and to contribute to the development of the team
  • Motivation to make a significant contribution to large and challenging projects
  • Openness to active knowledge exchange
  • Very good German and English skills
  • Ideally, you also have prior experience in our target industries: food, beverages, FMCG, pharma & cosmetics, electronics
  • A background in business administration (including a specialization in supply chain management), mathematics, or computer science makes you a great fit for us.
  • Prior experience in ERP consulting is also a good foundation for joining our team.
