About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Help navigate and implement a major energy provider's green energy initiative.
Review and organize energy efficiency incentive applications.
Conduct field visits to confirm proper implementation.
Conduct virtual and on-site training sessions amongst internal peers and contractor network.
Identify energy saving opportunities for various Commercial and Industrial facilities.
Manage incentive applications through their lifecycle.

Requirements

What you’ll need

0-5 years of work experience in HVAC design, energy engineering, or similar consulting engineering work.
Demonstrated excellence in communication (written and oral) in English.
Understanding of one or multiple segments of building systems (mechanical, electrical, plumbing, architectural, structural) a plus.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite applications.
Ability to interface with customers and contractors.
Ability to host and prepare training materials and presentations.
Ability to manage projects around deadlines, milestones.
Must have a vehicle to commute from New Brunswick, NJ to Company HQ in Haddonfield, NJ on occasion.
Must establish or be a New Jersey resident.
