About the role

  • Help navigate and implement a major energy provider's green energy initiative.
  • Review and organize energy efficiency incentive applications.
  • Conduct field visits to confirm proper implementation.
  • Conduct virtual and on-site training sessions amongst internal peers and contractor network.
  • Identify energy saving opportunities for various Commercial and Industrial facilities.
  • Manage incentive applications through their lifecycle.

Requirements

  • 0-5 years of work experience in HVAC design, energy engineering, or similar consulting engineering work.
  • Demonstrated excellence in communication (written and oral) in English.
  • Understanding of one or multiple segments of building systems (mechanical, electrical, plumbing, architectural, structural) a plus.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite applications.
  • Ability to interface with customers and contractors.
  • Ability to host and prepare training materials and presentations.
  • Ability to manage projects around deadlines, milestones.
  • Must have a vehicle to commute from New Brunswick, NJ to Company HQ in Haddonfield, NJ on occasion.
  • Must establish or be a New Jersey resident.
