About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Build strong partnerships with hiring managers and key stakeholders within assigned business function(s).
  • Partner closely with Human Resources Managers to understand hiring needs, departmental nuances, and workforce trends.
  • Lead intake meetings with assigned hiring managers to assess staffing needs and create a recruiting plan.
  • Review submitted resumes and conduct phone interviews to identify top candidates and present recommendations to hiring managers.
  • Analyze selected candidate’s experience to prepare competitive salary offers in collaboration with staff compensation.
  • Manage relationships with staffing agency contacts.
  • Maintain accurate and appropriate documentation in the Firm’s Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • At least three (3) years of related work experience.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word).
  • Knowledge of recruiting standard policies, practices, and principles.
  • Knowledge of Applicant Tracking System (ATS) software.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong time management skills.
  • Ability to multitask and adjust workflow based on shifting priorities.
  • Ability to analyze data in order to make strategic recommendations.
