About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Build strong partnerships with hiring managers and key stakeholders within assigned business function(s).
- Partner closely with Human Resources Managers to understand hiring needs, departmental nuances, and workforce trends.
- Lead intake meetings with assigned hiring managers to assess staffing needs and create a recruiting plan.
- Review submitted resumes and conduct phone interviews to identify top candidates and present recommendations to hiring managers.
- Analyze selected candidate’s experience to prepare competitive salary offers in collaboration with staff compensation.
- Manage relationships with staffing agency contacts.
- Maintain accurate and appropriate documentation in the Firm’s Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree.
- At least three (3) years of related work experience.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word).
- Knowledge of recruiting standard policies, practices, and principles.
- Knowledge of Applicant Tracking System (ATS) software.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong time management skills.
- Ability to multitask and adjust workflow based on shifting priorities.
- Ability to analyze data in order to make strategic recommendations.
