About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Build strong partnerships with hiring managers and key stakeholders within assigned business function(s).
Partner closely with Human Resources Managers to understand hiring needs, departmental nuances, and workforce trends.
Lead intake meetings with assigned hiring managers to assess staffing needs and create a recruiting plan.
Review submitted resumes and conduct phone interviews to identify top candidates and present recommendations to hiring managers.
Analyze selected candidate’s experience to prepare competitive salary offers in collaboration with staff compensation.
Manage relationships with staffing agency contacts.
Maintain accurate and appropriate documentation in the Firm’s Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree.
At least three (3) years of related work experience.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word).
Knowledge of recruiting standard policies, practices, and principles.
Knowledge of Applicant Tracking System (ATS) software.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Strong time management skills.
Ability to multitask and adjust workflow based on shifting priorities.
Ability to analyze data in order to make strategic recommendations.
