About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Oversee the product lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring alignment with firm and stakeholder objectives.
  • Work with key stakeholders to define the product strategy and to identify measurable goals and objectives aligned with that strategy.
  • Develop a product roadmap and work collaboratively with the design, development and QA teams to drive delivery of product releases.
  • Oversee end-user support of their products to ensure complete user satisfaction.
  • Utilize user research, usage analytics, and end-user feedback to identify opportunities for improvement in meeting and exceeding user expectations.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • At least six (6) years of related work experience as a Technical Product Manager, Product Owner, or equivalent role.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Practical experience in using design programs to develop low fidelity UI designs to convey a concept.
  • Knowledge and ability to drive an agile development process, including facilitating ceremonies and managing deliverables and artifacts.
  • Strong technical skills, able to understand design tradeoffs and complex technical issues in discussions with the development team.
  • Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail and a verified track record of leading and completing projects within the specified timeframe and budget.
  • Adaptability and continuous improvement mindset.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to ask the right questions, interpret data and trends, diagnose problems, and formulate effective action plans to resolve issues.
  • Strong business judgment when making decisions and understanding the relevance/impact of each decision on the strategic direction of the team and the business.
  • Strong ability to effectively communicate clearly at the appropriate level.
  • Strong leadership skills to work collaboratively with business stakeholders, IT (Information Technology) leaders, peers and implementation team members.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and prioritize responsibilities.
  • Ability to work independently and under own direction and initiative.
